Seeking to a point is choppy / freezes the video

When "seeking" inside and FLV, you can only "seek" to keyframes. Seeking is pretty memory intensive, it can cause issues within Flash.

The best thing to do is, when creating your FLV videos, to increase the amount of keyframes that are used.
