Info display area not scrolling the text

Check to make sure the skin that you are using include the "info display area" -- some skins do not display this object (e.g. the iPod skins).

To scroll the track information, you must use a skin that uses the "info display area." Also, when using the Customizer tool, be sure to set "Info display type" to "scroll" in the "Player options" section.

NOTE: If the information for a particular file does not need to be scrolled (i.e. all the info is smaller that the info display area), then the info will not scroll, simply because it does not need to be scrolled.
